Returns and right of withdrawal

This policy applies to purchases made by consumers at www.slot4ever.com, the online shop of SLOT4EVER S.L. (Tax ID (NIF) B19870245), registered office at Torrent d'en Negre, 1D, 08970 Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona). It is governed by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and by Articles 102 to 108 of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).

Withdrawal period: 30 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the products, without giving any reason. This period is longer than the 14 days required by law. If the order includes several products delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last one.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email to admin@slot4ever.com stating your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period has expired.

Return costs

  • Customers in Spain and Portugal: returns are free of charge. SLOT4EVER S.L. bears the cost of the return. Email us at admin@slot4ever.com and we will tell you how to return the products.
  • Customers in all other European Union countries: the customer bears the direct cost of returning the products.

You must return the products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

Condition of the products

You may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary for that purpose.

We ask you to return the product with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging, well protected so that it is not damaged in transit.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than, and more expensive than, the standard delivery we offer), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, email us at admin@slot4ever.com stating the order number, the item affected and the problem. In these cases SLOT4EVER S.L. bears all shipping costs, both for the collection and for the new shipment.

All products have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Spanish legislation in force since 1 January 2022. If the product is not in conformity, you may choose between repair or replacement, unless the chosen option is impossible or disproportionate. Where applicable by law, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund of the amount paid.

Damage in transit

If the parcel arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible at admin@slot4ever.com, ideally with photos of the parcel and the product. Telling us promptly helps us claim from the carrier, but it does not limit your statutory rights.
